Worldwide Reach. Professional Depth.

GMT operates a hybrid model of domestic strategy and global execution. Our team is distributed across the following core domains:

Washington, D.C. Metro Area (Operational Hub): Our strategic headquarters for federal contracting, program management, and medical direction. These roles focus on orchestrating the "Institutional Readiness" and "Clinical Governance" pillars for our primary partners.

Remote & Distributed (Technical Oversight): Scientific validation, protocol development, and specialized consultancy. We utilize remote experts to conduct the "Scientific Validation" and bench-testing protocols that define GMT’s technical authority.

International & OCONUS (Operational Edge): Deployment-based roles for "Bespoke Management" and specialized medical support. These positions require seasoned providers capable of operating in austere, high-threat, or infrastructure-poor environments.

Current Opportunities

Global Medical Team is an elite physician-led organization specializing in high-fidelity clinical governance, device validation, and operational support. We build the invisible architecture that sustains life in the world’s most restrictive domains.

Federal Program Manager (Medical Logistics)

Act as the primary architect for complex contract lifecycle management, orchestrating the deployment of sovereign medical infrastructure for large-scale enterprise partners. Senior Scientist, Device Validation

Conduct exhaustive, empirical bench-testing and clinical stress-testing of Class II and III medical hardware to ensure mission-critical reliability at the edge. You will engineer validation protocols that meet or exceed ISO 13485 standards, providing the scientific data required to certify emerging technologies for use in infrastructure-poor environments. Required qualifications include a PhD in Biomedical Engineering or a related field, extensive experience in clinical trial design for life-support equipment, and a deep expertise in statistical modeling for device failure analysis. Location: Remote.

Mission Lead, Resuscitative Medicine

Provide high-fidelity critical care at the mission's edge, serving as the primary clinical provider for high-stakes OCONUS operations. You must be capable of independent practice in austere environments, managing complex ventilator settings, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced procedural interventions without traditional support. Required qualifications include board certification in Emergency or Internal Medicine with a sub-specialty in Critical Care, mastery of advanced procedures including ultrasound-guided vascular access and surgical airways, and a minimum of 2,000 hours of independent practice in remote or tactical medical domains. Director of Regulatory Law

Architect the legal and ethical framework for GMT’s global clinical operations, ensuring that all medical infrastructure meets the most stringent international standards for pharmaceutical export and physician licensure. You will navigate the multijurisdictional complexities of sovereign medical oversight, providing the "regulatory armor" required for sensitive enterprise and private client missions. Required qualifications include a Juris Doctor (JD) with a focus on Health or International Law, five years of experience in global medical regulatory affairs, and an expert-level understanding of multijurisdictional pharmaceutical compliance. Location: Remote.

Lead Critical Care Logistics Coordinator

Engineer and sustain the cold-chain and pharmaceutical supply lines required to maintain ICU-level capabilities in the world’s most restrictive domains. You will manage the technical synchronization of medical resupply for isolated teams, ensuring the integrity of Class VIII assets from procurement to point-of-injury. Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics, ten years of experience in military or federal medical logistics, and specialized training in the international transport of hazardous and temperature-sensitive clinical materials. Location: DC Metro Area.

Senior Clinical Simulation Architect

Develop and execute high-fidelity, evidence-based training curricula focused on the delivery of critical care in austere and non-permissive environments. You will utilize live tissue and advanced simulation technology to stress-test the decision-making and procedural mastery of GMT providers under extreme physiological and environmental conditions. Required qualifications include an MD, RN, or NRP with advanced instructor certifications, extensive experience in curriculum design for CoTCCC or CoTECC, and a background in high-fidelity clinical simulation for professional medical audiences. Location: Remote / Hybrid.

Director of Private Client Advocacy

Orchestrate the medical infrastructure for GMT’s private client portfolio, serving as the high-level medical advocate for family offices and high-net-worth principals. You will design bespoke, sovereign care plans that ensure continuity of elite clinical oversight across international borders, maintaining the highest standard of discretion and medical excellence. Required qualifications include a background in high-end concierge medicine or medical advocacy, a clinical degree (MD or RN), and a minimum of five years of experience managing medical operations for diplomatic or high-net-worth principals. Location: DC Metro Area.

Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO)

Design and oversee the secure, zero-trust digital infrastructure required for 24/7 tele-critical care oversight and sensitive data management.
